"Hey there, I'm Trudi, the heart and soul behind Tustin House! I've been on this incredible journey since 2014 when I rolled up my sleeves to help the original owners turn their vision into reality. As the administrator, I wear many hats, but what truly fuels my passion is witnessing the profound impact we have on the lives and families of our residents.

Throughout the years, Tustin House has been a treasure trove of heartwarming moments and belly laughs. But what truly tugs at my heartstrings is when a resident with dementia remembers my name. It's a beautiful reminder that even when memories fade, the connections we forge remain etched in their hearts.

I'm honored to be part of a community where compassion, empathy, and love are our guiding principles. Together, we're not just providing care; we're creating lasting memories and touching lives in ways that go beyond words. Here's to many more cherished moments and heartfelt connections at Tustin House!"

Assistant Manager

"Hi there, I'm Shelly, the friendly face you'll often find bustling around Tustin House! As the Assistant Manager and 2nd Shift Supervisor, I've had the privilege of being part of this wonderful community for a little over a year now. It's been an incredible journey filled with heartwarming moments and unforgettable experiences.

One of the best parts of my job is the opportunity to care for our residents and support our amazing team. Whether it's lending a listening ear, offering a helping hand, or simply sharing a laugh, being able to brighten someone's day brings me immense joy.

There's something truly special about seeing a resident's face light up with a smile or hearing them express their love and appreciation. It's in these moments that I'm reminded of the profound impact we have on each other's lives.

At Tustin House, we're not just a team; we're a family. Together, we create a warm and welcoming environment where residents feel cherished and supported every step of the way. I'm grateful to be part of such a compassionate community, and I look forward to many more smiles, laughs, and heartfelt moments ahead!"

Shift Manager

"Hey there, I'm Kaylynn, the Medication Coordinator at Tustin House! I've been on this incredible journey for about a year and a half now, and let me tell you, every day brings something new and exciting. One of the things I love most about my role is the endless opportunities for learning. Whether it's through the fantastic resources at our disposal or the invaluable lessons we glean from our peers and residents, there's never a dull moment.

I proudly take charge of the 1st shift, and as of last November, I've also stepped into the role of shift manager. It's a position that comes with its challenges, but it's also incredibly rewarding, especially when I see the laughter and excitement that fills our house on a daily basis.

Speaking of laughter, one of my fondest memories at Tustin House was the day we decided to play noodle with our residents. Picture this: pool noodles, balloons, and endless giggles. We batted those balloons around like there was no tomorrow, and let me tell you, my stomach hurt from laughing so hard. It was a simple moment of pure joy that reminded me why I love what I do.

At Tustin House, every day is an adventure filled with laughter, learning, and love. I'm grateful to be part of such a vibrant and caring community, and I can't wait to create more unforgettable memories together!"
